Shipping and Returns
All sales are final.
All items ship via USPS. If you need a different shipping service, please place your order first and then send an email to fischerandreag@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
When your order arrives, please give it a quick check. If something shows up damaged, send us an email with photos within 2 business days of receiving your package so we can help.
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, shipping delays, damage, or lost packages are unfortunately out of our control and must be resolved with the shipping provider directly.
Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something breaks or needs a little extra care down the line, please do not hesitate to reach out. It is always worth asking and we are happy to offer repair tips or suggestions whenever we can.
